The Fine Print:
We offer free shipping on all items shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground.
However, a few large or heavy items such as some tabernacles and statuary must be shipped
as freight and may require professional installation.
These items are clearly marked and Dixon Studio will provide shipping charges upon request.
Delivery and installation services are also available and can be negotiated based on
travel distance and complexity of installation; please inquire.
Pricing on many items is affected by materials and finish, which is noted in full descriptions.
On many models, modifications in materials and decoration can be accommodated; please inquire.
Orders are processed manually; all details of your order including quantity, size, materials, and schedule will be confirmed before your credit card is charged or an invoice is issued for the deposit.
Standard payment terms are 45% deposit, 45% upon completion of fabrication, 10% upon receipt of item(s) at church.
You will be notified via email when your card is to be charged for each payment or we can invoice the church office for payment by check.
Other payment terms may be arranged; please inquire.
